Things that Cambly still needs to fix/update… Number 27

As we all know there’s been a lot of changes over the last few months with Cambly, some of it good… Most of it not so good. Today we’re gonna talk about the Tutor reservation screen, especially the “Edit Reservation Ability Screen”.  So, this is a good example of Cambly having the opportunity to really upgrade something, and dropping the ball. Yeah they made it look nice, but it’s still the same old screen.

The ERAS, allows a tutor to open slots and paste a weekly screen of their availability. Wouldn’t it have been nice if they changed this to allow us tutors to paste a weekly screen that included our reservations as well.

Here’s my example, I have several students that book reservations with me and I have to add all the reservations ONE at a time. That’s a lot of reservations that I have to add one by one, and trust me that’s a lot of clicks (add the student, add the date, add the time, add the length of class, send invite and confirm it). So, for one student that I book 5 times a week at the same time, I have to click 30 times to input the reservations, and that’s just one student!!!!  MADNESS, it’s obvious that the people designing the Cambly software don’t actually use it!

It would be so nice if I could paste an ERAS that included all my booked reservations, as well as my availability and then use that every week. One click every week, instead of all those clicks to add each student one by one!  C’mon Cambly it’s not rocket science!!!!!!
